Course Delivery

• Virtual / Online Live Classes:
  Access details (e.g. Zoom links, schedules) are shared with enrolled learners before course commencement.
• Distance Learning (LMS):
  Learners are provided login credentials and structured course access after enrolment confirmation.
• Classroom Training:
  Venue details are shared with registered learners prior to the start date.
• Physical Delivery:
  No physical goods are shipped unless explicitly stated.

Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of short professional training courses, all course fees are non-refundable once enrolment is confirmed.
• Learners unable to attend may request transfer to a future batch, subject to approval.
• Fees paid to external awarding bodies (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH) are non-refundable and governed by their respective policies.
• Any exceptional refund request will be considered only at management discretion.
